SUPER JEWEL BOX STANDARD

The latest cutting edge in CD packaging. SJB products combine superior build quality & style. New locking mechanism, rounded corners, much stronger hinges, and improved hub all generate a much higher perceived value and feel. The approved packaging for Super Audio CD (SACD). Fits existing storage systems and retail racking. Printable on all four spines and accepts booklets up to 50 pages. Fully automated packaging machines are now available for all Super Jewel Box products.

ORIGINAL CD JEWEL CASE

The Original CD Jewel Case & Tray. Available in parity of 50 units upwards. Most commonly with black or clear trays, but also available in solid or translucent colours.

MULTI PACKS

A range of CD multipacks to take from 2 to 6 discs. Generally two clear outer lids, with a black central multi disc holder. The two-way, three-way and four-way cases require two additional trays, whereas the five and six-ways require no additional parts, and are supplied ready assembled. The relevant number of discs is often printed on the black spine.

SJB STANDARD FLIPTRAY CASE

The Super Jewel Box slim double case. Accepts two compact discs either side of the central tray. (Requires assembly). All the SJB cases (Standard, Plus and King) will also accept two discs on top of each other by means of a double disc spindle. Over the coming months Super Jewel Box will also be introducing Fliptray versions of the Plus (DVD Audio) and King (DVD Video) cases thanks to the introduction of New Hinge modifications. This development will also lead to the introduction of Multipack style cases to accept up to four discs. Pure quality.

SLIM TRIPLE OR DOUBLE CD CASE

At last, a slim triple CD case that holds three CDs - two on a hinged double-sided tray, and one on a spider moulded on the base. Supplied ready assembled. Slim double CD boxes, available with a black or clear tray that holds two discs either side. Again, supplied ready assembled.

VACUUM FORMED OPTIONS

The image shows one of a range of Vacuum formed cases, which in this case holds a ringbinder with double sided clear wallets, holding up to 18 CDs in one case. Vacuum forming offers endless options of combinations to package CDs, videos, booklets, cassettes, or DVDs. Standard products have a full clear wrap around the outside. With over 200 different tools and designs, and 300 different combinations, the potential is endless.
